IRS Transcript Monitoring Service

Stay ahead of IRS issues—before they become problems.

The IRS continues to face staffing shortages, backlogs, and inconsistent communication. With so much in flux, it’s easy to miss a notice or misunderstanding that could escalate into costly penalties or collection actions.

Our IRS Transcript Monitoring Service ensures that you’re not left in the dark. I  keep watch on your IRS account so you don’t have to.

๐Ÿ” What I Do for You

With this service, I:

  • File a Power of Attorney (Form 2848) so I receive IRS notices on your behalf.
  • Review all IRS correspondence I receive to spot any issues early.
  • Request your IRS Account Transcripts quarterly, analyzing for changes, new balances, or status updates.
  • Notify you of any changes and explain what they mean—and if any action is needed.

This is a monitoring-only service. If I find something that requires additional representation, I’ll let you know and provide a separate fee quote before proceeding.

๐Ÿ’ผ Who Should Use This Service?

  • Taxpayers currently under an IRS payment plan, Installment Agreement, or Offer in Compromise—where staying current with tax filings and payments is essential to avoid default.
  • Individuals or businesses with a history of IRS problems who want peace of mind knowing someone is watching for new notices or changes in status.
  • Self-employed professionals or business owners who want early warnings of potential tax issues—especially those managing payroll taxes or estimated payments.

This service is ideal for anyone who needs to maintain compliance to preserve their IRS resolution or simply wants an expert monitoring their account year-round.
